Nagarkot is a village located 32 km east of Kathmandu, Nepal in Bhaktapur District. At an elevation of 2,195 meters, it is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur. It is renowned for its sunrise view of the Himalaya, including Mount Everest as well as the other snow-capped peaks of the Himalayan range or eastern Nepal. The Leaf Nagarkot is situated on the highest point of Nagarkot and offers a panoramic view of the Himalayas.
